DailyStreak ("we," "us," "our") operates the DailyStreak mobile application (available on iOS and Android) and the website at dailystreak.win (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

a. Account Information

  • Email address and authentication credentials
  • Sign-in method (Google, Apple, Facebook, or email/password)
  • Username, avatar image, and country
  • Referral code (if you were referred by another user)

b. Gameplay Data

  • Picks, streaks, and prediction history
  • Contest entries and results
  • League memberships and standings
  • Leaderboard rankings and performance data

c. Purchase Data

  • In-app purchase history via Apple App Store or Google Play
  • Web purchase history via Stripe
  • Credit balance and transaction records
  • Reward redemption history

We do not store your full payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Apple, Google, or Stripe.

d. Device & Technical Information

  • Device identifier (UUID), operating system, and app version
  • IP address, browser type, and user agent
  • Push notification tokens (via OneSignal)
  • Performance and web vitals data

e. Automatically Collected Information

  • Pages visited and interaction data
  • Referral source and campaign information
  • Session duration and usage patterns

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To process purchases, credit transactions, and reward redemptions
  • To provide personalized content, streak tracking, and leaderboards
  • To send push notifications about contest updates, pick results, and promotions
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and multi-account violations
  • To respond to user inquiries and support requests
  • To enforce our Terms of Service and protect the integrity of the platform
  • For internal analytics and business purposes

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service. Each has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information:

  • Supabase — Authentication, database, and file storage
  • RevenueCat — In-app purchase management and subscription tracking
  • OneSignal — Push notification delivery
  • Stripe — Web payment processing
  • Apple App Store / Google Play — Mobile in-app purchase processing
  • Tremendous — Reward fulfillment (gift cards and payouts)
  • Vercel — Web hosting and content delivery

4. In-App Purchases

Credits may be purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or via Stripe on the web. Important details:

  • All mobile purchases are processed by Apple or Google; we do not have access to your payment card information
  • Purchase records (product, amount, date) are stored to maintain your credit balance
  • Refunds for in-app purchases are subject to Apple's or Google's respective refund policies
  • Web purchases via Stripe are subject to Stripe's privacy policy

5. Push Notifications

We may send push notifications for:

  • Contest updates and new contest announcements
  • Pick results and streak milestones
  • Promotional offers and new features
  • Important platform announcements

You can disable push notifications at any time through your device's settings. Disabling notifications will not affect your ability to use the Service.

6. Sharing of Information

We may share your information:

  • With the third-party service providers listed in Section 3 to operate the Service
  • With other users in limited contexts (e.g., your username and avatar appear on leaderboards, contest standings, and leagues)
  • If required by law, legal process, or governmental request
  • In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of DailyStreak, our users, or others

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain login sessions, understand user behavior, and improve site performance. You may disable cookies via your browser settings, but this may impact functionality. The mobile app may use device identifiers for similar purposes.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Gameplay history and transaction records may be retained for audit and compliance purposes even after account deletion.

9. Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by using the "Delete Account" feature in your profile settings or by visiting dailystreak.win/data-deletion. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, financial records).

10. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure authentication, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's Privacy

DailyStreak is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@dailystreak.win.

12. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (see Section 9)
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured format
  • Opt out of marketing communications and push notifications

13. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to Know: You may request details about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect
  • Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights
  • Sale of Information: We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA

14. International Users

DailyStreak is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Service or notified directly to users via push notification or email. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when this policy was last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
